  • Educational Resources

    Below you will find a list of local educational resources that we are familiar with and in who's professionalism we trust. Whether you are looking for some tutoring or your child wants to be fluent in Japanese, you may find your rescource here. 
    • The Bend Learning Center
      By utilizing high-level research, best and effective practices, and over twenty-five years of experience, the Bend Learning Center can assess and discover specific learning strengths and weaknesses, and communicate those results to parents and students.
    • Deschutes County Library
      Our students use the County Library extensively throughout the year. What you might not know however is how much you can get done before your even go.

  • Recreation and Sports

    With the wealth of recreational activities and organized sporting oppurtunities available to Central Oregonians the issue is rarely "what is there to do" but more along the lines of "can we fit it all in?" Here are few to get you started. 
    • Bend Park and Recreation
      This is a resource for all of the available programming through the Bend Park and Recreation Department. We are lucky to have this outstanding, Gold Medal winning, organization here in our community.
    • Mount Bachelor Ski Education Foundation
      MBSF is a non-profit organization whose guiding philosophy is to encourage academic achievement and promote the positive values of competitive Alpine, Cross Country, Snowboarding, and Cycling.
    • Central Oregon Indoor Soccer Center
      Tired of standing on the soccer pitch in the blowing snow? Check out the programming at the Indoor Soccer Center, if you haven't already.

  • After-School Opportunities in Bend, Oregon

    Not busy enough already? Or are you just looking to mix up your repetoire of tricks for those after school outings. Either way you may find what you are looking for at one of these institutions. 
    • The Bend Art Station
      Fun, yet focused, classes offer everyone a wonderful opportunity to explore different art materials, learn art history and vocabulary, and develop one’s own unique self-expression.
    • The Bend Science Station
      A local favorite -the Bend Science Station is an inquiry based science facility that is dedicated to empowering local citizens to improve their community through scientific education and research.
    • Cascade Community School of Music
      You probably know that we share a space with this outstanding organization, but do you know what they really offer? If you don't want to check in with Dylan down the hall, check out the CCSM site here.
    • Flourish
      Flourish is an after-school development program for girls ages 3 to 12 and a space where moms can come together to meet other moms with children of a similar age.
